The Auriton Group have the QLD residential apartment project planned to kick off. This is a business with a strong reputation for quality residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Melbourne, Gold Coast, and Adelaide.
We are looking for a construction project manager for our 30-level residential building in Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to broad exposure across the development lifecycle – from DA ready to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and coordinate residential construction projects to ensure delivery within approved budgets, timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, construction schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, engineers, contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of project delivery.
- Manage tendering, procurement and contract administration activities.
- Monitor project costs, variations and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing medium- or large-scale multi-storiey residential apartment developments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of contract administration, procurement and project budgeting.
