We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Quality Officer to support and maintain our Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement processes at Kanda. This role is responsible for ensuring quality documentation, compliance registers and operational systems remain current, effective and aligned with legislative and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the organisation’s Quality Management systems and tools, including; Compliance Register, Conflict of Interest Register, Continuous Improvement Register, Feedback, Concerns & Complaints Register, Legislation Register, Property, Lease & Tenancy Register, Quality Documentation Register
- Ensure policies, procedures and work instructions are accurate and compliant with legislation, regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide technical support in the development, formatting and maintenance of operational documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to coordinate and undertake compliance audits
- Support teams in preparation for external accreditation and audit processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and risk management activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a quality, compliance or administration role
- Experience within the Child Safety, NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors (desirable)
- Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing and continuous improvement processes
- Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, policies and procedures
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain
