About Federal Hospitality

We're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships and contract management across Federal Hospitality. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence major commercial decisions, drive cost optimisation, strengthen supplier performance and embed procurement excellence across a diverse and dynamic operation.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Commercial - Federal Hospitality, you'll take ownership of procurement across the business, partnering with senior leaders to deliver commercial value, manage risk and drive continuous improvement. You'll have the autonomy to shape procurement strategy, lead key negotiations and build the systems, governance and supplier relationships that support long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering procurement strategies that support business growth and performance.
- Leading major sourcing activities, tenders and supplier negotiations.
- Building high-performing supplier partnerships that create sustainable value.
- Identifying and delivering savings, efficiencies and commercial opportunities.
- Strengthening procurement governance, compliance and risk management practices.
- Enhancing procurement systems, reporting and decision-making capability.
- Leading and developing a procurement team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
About You
You're a commercially astute procurement professional who knows how to balance value, service, quality and risk. You bring strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial leadership.
- A strong track record negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance.
- Experience delivering measurable commercial outcomes and procurement improvements.
- The ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive change.
- Proven people leadership experience with a focus on building capability and performance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
