We are seeking a talented and reliable
Demi CDP to join our energetic team. If you're passionate about great food, have a can-do attitude, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you.
The Role
This is a Full Time position, work hours including nights and weekends.
You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.

Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.

Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.
About You:
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar, quality restaurant environment.

Strong culinary & communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethics.
