Cafe Chef – More, Rosebery
More Rosebery is on the hunt for a Cafe Chef who can run their section and own it. Not a head chef role, but you'll need the skills and confidence to work independently, manage your docket, and keep service flowing while working under the guidance of the Head Chef.
What you'll do:
- Run your section during service — prep, cook, plate, repeat
- Manage the order flow and keep pace when it gets busy
- Keep your section stocked, clean, and service-ready
- Work as part of a tight, supportive kitchen team
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
What we need from you:
- Solid experience in a busy cafe or restaurant kitchen
- Confidence working solo under pressure
- Good communication and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, takes ownership
- Cafe/brunch experience a big plus
Pay: $31.00 – $38.00 per hour
