We are the new owners of a well-established Italian restaurant and are building a passionate team to help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

About the Role
This is a hands-on Front of House position with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative and helping manage daily restaurant operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing reservations and floor operations
- Supervising service staff during busy periods
- Opening and closing procedures
- Assisting with basic bar service
- Preparing coffees and hot beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house environment
- Working closely with the owners to build a strong team culture
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Basic bar knowledge and coffee-making skills appreciated
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Italian language proficiency is preferred but not essential
