The Roles
Salesperson
- Talk to customers and understand what they need
- Recommend the right repair or product
- Upsell where appropriate (without being pushy)
- Hit sales targets
- Handle customer issues confidently and professionally
Technician
- Perform phone repairs (screens, batteries, diagnostics, etc.)
- Keep turnaround times efficient
- Maintain high workmanship standards
- Work closely with the sales team to provide the best solution for customers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in phone repair is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Confident dealing with different types of customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and improve
- Comfortable working towards targets
