The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in 2026.
We’re now looking for experienced and guest-focused Hosts to join our opening Front of House team and help create the exceptional first impression The Meat & Wine Co is known for.
15 - 30 hours available.

Key responsibilities
- Managing guest enquiries and reservations (SevenRooms or similar)
- Greeting and seating guests to support smooth service flow
- Providing attentive, professional customer service
- Processing payments and cash handling
- Communicating guest requests and preferences to the team
About you
- Previous experience as a Host within an A La Carte restaurant environment
- Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms preferred)
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Current RSA Certificate
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
