About Ignite Psychology
Ignite is a child and adolescent practice focused on attachment informed support for children, families and educators. We bridge the gap between the therapy room and the classroom by working closely with schools and allied health teams through integrated care and early‑intervention work.
The Role
- 2 days per week, Thursdays and Fridays, face to face in Summer Hill, NSW.
- Ongoing therapy for children and adolescents.
- Regular parent sessions and educator liaison as part of each child’s plan.
- Protected time on your workdays for notes, treatment planning, school and parent communication.
- Participation in our reflective practice and supervision structures, with pathways into our educator programs if of interest.

About you
- Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Experience or strong interest in child/adolescent work and families.
- Confident collaborating with schools and other professionals.
- You value curiosity, humility, collaboration, and doing what’s best for the child even when it’s hard.
- Bonus: Training / experience in Circle of Security (COSP), Cool Kids, and other evidence based programs highly regarded but not essential.
