O’Brien Automotive Glass is expanding our team in Tweed Heads , and we’re looking for a Qualified Motor Mechanic or Auto Electrician who’s keen to build a long‑term career in automotive glazing and ADAS calibration.
$80k – $100k + Super + Benefits
We pay for your Cert III in Automotive Glazing while you work
Stable, long‑term career with internal promotion pathways
Full training provided in ADAS calibration
Work with state‑of‑the‑art technology and equipment

Use state-of-the-art technology to complete vehicle diagnostics
Perform windscreen calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on a diverse range of vehicles
Conduct vehicle test drives to ensure systems are functioning correctly
Deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment

Are reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Have experience working in an Automotive, Mechanical, or Auto-Electrical role
Passionate about providing quality customer service
Trade qualified as a Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Auto Electrician
