About the Role
We’re on the hunt for Front of House Managers and Supervisors to work closely with our Group Venue Manager to lead daily operations across our venues. This is a full-time role and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership position in a growing hospitality business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and mentoring a team of vibrant, guest-focused front of house staff
- Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere
- Collaborating with the kitchen teams to ensure that our products are always of a high standard
- Adhering to hygiene standards and ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, and hygiene compliance
- Driving team performance to meet revenue and service goals
- Delivering a seamless guest experience from “hello” to “see you again”
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar or supervisory role
- Full working rights are essential for this position
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
