Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the preschool room in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Plan, implement, and evaluate an engaging curriculum in line with the EYLF and NQF
- Mentor and support a team of educators within the room, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
- Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Maintain accurate documentation, observations, and planning cycles
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Work closely with the 2IC, Educational Leader and Centre Director to support the centre's overall goals and quality improvement plan

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT qualified)
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Proven experience as a Room Leader or in a similar leadership role within a preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
