We’re looking for confident, personable and service-driven Casual Retail Sales Assistants to strengthen our Westfield Doncaster team ahead of our busiest and most exciting trading period.
We’re recruiting now so our newest team members have the training, product knowledge and confidence to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout peak trade.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll become an important part of our Westfield Doncaster team. You’ll provide personalised service and styling advice while contributing to the success of the store during peak trade.
You’ll help customers find the right pieces for work, weekends, weddings and everything in between.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and creating genuine connections
- Delivering memorable, personalised customer experiences
- Providing confident styling and product advice
- Contributing to individual and store sales targets
- Supporting the team during busy peak-trade periods
- Maintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assisting with stock replenishment, transactions and daily store operations
- Working collaboratively to create a positive and energetic store environment
Skills and Experiences:

Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in fashion, premium retail, hospitality or customer service
- A natural ability to start conversations and build rapport
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability across weekdays, late-night trade, weekends and public holidays during peak periods
