A factory team who makes it all flow. We’re looking for a switched-on warehouse contractor to join us and keep the engine running
What you’ll be doing
- Café order picking & dispatch: Pick and prepare café orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays — accurate, complete, and ready for driver collection by 4:00pm every time.
- Goods receiving & stock intake: Receive, inspect, and accurately count all incoming deliveries daily — keeping our intake clean and our stock records tight.
- Warehouse organisation & replenishment: Replenish stock using FIFO and maintain a clean, well-organised warehouse. Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated warehouse organisation days.
- Walkie forklift operation: Operate a walkie forklift safely and confidently as required throughout the day.
- Ad hoc pickups & deliveries: Assist with occasional supplier and café pickups and deliveries as required.
What we’re looking for
- Sharp attention to detail — our cafés depend on getting the right product, right quantity, every time.
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experienced operating a walkie forklift safely.
- Valid Australian Driver Licence — essential.
- Reliable, proactive, and great at managing competing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills — you like things in their place and plans on track.
