We’re looking for a FP&A Manager to join our high-performing Finance & Administration team. This is a key role where your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and business performance across the organisation.

About the Role
As the FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping drive growth and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the business, delivering clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for leading the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis processes. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with senior leadership, business unit leaders and cross functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making, drive performance and margin improvement and sustainable growth, capital allocations and aligns financial outcomes with corporate objectives.
This is not a transactional accounting role. It is a commercially focused position that transforms data into action. It is a future-focused position for someone with corporate accounting, finance background who thrives on data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.

Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support business planning.

Coordinate inputs from business leaders and consolidate enterprise-wide forecasts.

Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning methodologies.

Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigating actions.

Maintain financial and operational dashboards as well as KPI’s for all business units to monitor their own and the company’s performance.

Support the preparation of half-yearly and annual reports, investor briefings, and earnings announcements.
Performance Reporting & Analysis / Operational & Commercial

Prepare weekly flash reports and monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

Analyse business performance against budget, forecast, strategic targets, and prior periods.

Deliver insightful variance analysis and identify key performance drivers.

Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.

Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital planning activities.

Manage standard costings and support inventory control through accurate cost allocations and analysis.

Partner with sales and operational teams to assess product/service pricing and margin performance.
Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to understand operational performance and financial implications.

Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Challenge assumptions and improve accountability for financial outcomes.

Support pricing, profitability, cost optimisation, and investment decisions.

Facilitate financial literacy and performance ownership across the organisation.

Support corporate strategy development through financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Support the evaluation of business cases, capital investments, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.

Support the CFO to conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Provide financial input into transformation and business improvement programs.

Assist with Board presentations, strategic reviews, and investor-related reporting where applicable.
Strategic Planning & Corporate Development

Support corporate strategy development through financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Evaluate business cases, capital investments, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.

Support the CFO to conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Provide financial input into transformation and business improvement programs.

Assist with Board presentations, strategic reviews, and investor-related reporting where applicable.
About You

A commercially savvy finance professional who is curious, analytical, detailed oriented, insightful and influential.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence across the business, leading financial and operational process improvements and consistency.

Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) with professional qualifications.

8–10+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, commercial finance, or related disciplines. manufacturing / industrials preferable.

Proven experience supporting executive-level decision-making.

Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance management.

Advanced ERP, OLAP, Excel and financial systems expertise.

Proficient in financial systems and automation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
