As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people's dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.
In this role, you will:

Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care

Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during the shifts

Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift

Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained

Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals

Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting

Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills

Commitment to respectful, person-centred care

Current National Police Check

Current First Aid certificate

Current Manual Handling certificate

Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
