We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to participants across the Logan Area, Mount Gravatt, and Chambers Flat.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide community access and social support
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support participants with mental health needs
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation
Essential Requirements
- Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
- Current Blue Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current Vehicle Registration
Desirable Qualifications
Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or a related field

- Flexible to work day shifts, night shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Comfortable providing community access, assistance with daily living, and mental health support
