With Lake Hume right on your doorstep, guests can enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing and the great outdoors, while the nearby towns of Albury and Wodonga offer everything you need for everyday living, including cafés, restaurants, pubs, shopping and essential services.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a beautiful, close-knit holiday park where your leadership can make a genuine difference. Set on the shores of Lake Hume, the park offers an enviable lifestyle, a dedicated team and the chance to play a key role in driving its continued success.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park, including after-hours call outs when required

Drive revenue, occupancy and overall financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control and reporting

Coach, develop and support team members to achieve operational and business objectives

Ensure the park is maintained to a high standard and meets all health, safety and regulatory requirements

Respond to guest enquiries, feedback and reviews, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and efficiently

Support marketing initiatives that showcase the park and its unique lakeside location

Build strong relationships with local businesses, community groups and key stakeholders

Work collaboratively with the wider G’day Group network, including nearby Discovery Parks, to share resources, knowledge and support where required

Attend to operational requirements across the park as needed, ensuring the property runs efficiently and consistently
About You
We are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of park operations and is motivated to deliver results in a hands-on environment. You’ll bring a practical, people-focused approach and the ability to balance operational, financial and guest experience priorities.
Skills and experience include:

A background in hospitality, accommodation or caravan park management

Advanced computer skills, with experience in RMS, Newbook or similar reservations systems

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sound financial management abilities

Experience creating a positive and productive team culture

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of day-to-day park operations
-
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff and the local community

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours when required

A current driver’s licence
