Full time Qualified Motor Mechanic required for the Kathmandu Automotive & Tyres Epping at 5 View Rd, Epping VIC 3076.
Kathmandu Automotive & Tyres Epping is currently seeking a qualified full-time Mechanic to join our team in our busy workshop at 5 View Rd, Epping VIC 3076. We are looking for someone who is independent, organised, passionate and experienced in mechanic work. You will be required to perform all mechanical repairs, maintenance, and vehicle serving. You will also be required to fit and balance tyres. This role is full-time 38 hours per week with an annual salary of $79,000 to $82,000 per year plus mandatory superannuation.

The job description for Mechanic is as follows and it is not an exhaustive list:
· Detecting and working out problems and reporting them.
· Be able to look over working parts of the car and diagnose the problem and reassemble the parts back on the vehicle.
· Repair or replace worn parts and reassemble the components and refer to service manuals as needed in our office or given site.
· Be able to routine services or logbook serving under the service book guideline.
· Reassembling engines and parts after being repaired and replaced.
· Be able to retest vehicles after work had been done.
· Diagnosing and resting parts with the scan tool
· Work with a colleague when a job is difficult so you can get to the best outcome.
Requirements:
· Experience and qualifications in Automotive.
· Minimum 1 year(s) experience in the busy workshop
· Flexible availability
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work unsupervised and in a team
· A driver’s license is essential.
· Experienced in Motor Mechanic
