Stratco is looking for a motivated Dispatch & Yard Team Member to join our busy Ormeau site.

About the Role
Working as part of our Operations team, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be working with roofing, steel and rainwater products, preparing orders, moving stock throughout the yard and loading trucks for delivery. The role combines physical work, teamwork and forklift operation in a busy and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities

Picking and collating customer and delivery orders

Preparing roofing, steel and rainwater products for dispatch

Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently

Operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment

Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient yard

Working closely with team members to meet daily operational requirements
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, yard or trade-related environment

A current forklift licence (essential)

The ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a physical environment

A strong commitment to workplace safety

Reliability, punctuality and a team-first attitude

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
