A Chef de Partie at Crystalbrook Collection is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section and preparing high-quality dishes for hotel restaurants, bars, and events. The role focuses on food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and supporting senior chefs in delivering premium dining experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards
- Manage a designated kitchen section such as grill, pastry, or hot kitchen
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient management
- Support Sous Chefs and Executive Chefs during service operations
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and apprentices
- Help develop seasonal menus and new dishes
Pay: From $5,500.00 per month
