As Bar Supervisor you will:

Support daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences

Assist the Beverage Manager in mentoring, coaching and motivating a high-performing bar team

Collaborate on innovative, seasonal drinks, including cocktails, craft beers and wines, reflecting the latest trends and local tastes

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Support rostering, labour planning, and operational budgets to maintain efficiency

Champion Lua’s culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence

Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar position in a high volume fast pace environment

Expertise in beverages, including spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic option, with a keen eye on trends and innovation

Passion for staying ahead of beverage trends, particularly in spirits, cocktails and wine pairings

Exceptional customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

In-depth knowledge of liquor licensing laws, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards
