Fire Logbooks Australia has been operating since 2017 and is the premier supplier of fire logbooks to the Australian fire protection industry. Through continued innovation and building a strong reputation within the sector, we have experienced significant growth and are now looking for a motivated and capable Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help drive the next stage of our expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Australian business where you will play a hands-on role in sales growth, client engagement, and the promotion of our innovative digital platform for the Australian fire protection industry.
About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position focused on outbound sales activity, client relationship management and driving marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for building relationships with existing and prospective clients for cross-sale opportunities, identifying new opportunities, conducting demonstrations of our digital platform, and supporting the broader business growth initiatives.
The role will also involve occasional national travel for client visits, industry events, and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound sales activity for new leads as well as cross-selling to existing client base
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Promote and demonstrate our digital platform to clients
* Manage custom client orders and coordinate production with our printers
* Organise and support marketing activities and campaigns
* Attend client meetings, trade events, and industry functions nationally
* Maintain accurate sales and client records
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to support company growth targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:
* A proactive self-starter who takes initiative
* Experienced in sales and marketing environments
* Able to explain digital systems and processes in simple, easy-to-understand terms
* Confident in outbound sales activity and relationship building
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional, confident, and personable when dealing with clients
* Comfortable conducting on-site demonstrations and presentations
* Excellent customer service to ensure strong client satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in outbound sales and account growth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel nationally as required
* Experience using XERO (preferred but not essential)
* Experience within the fire protection, compliance or publishing industries will be viewed favourably but is not essential

Remuneration commensurate with experience.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
