In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering statewide land information services, property enquiries, development application assessments and customer responses across Transport for NSW, this role will see you coordinate and administer land information requests, review development applications, manage records and stakeholder correspondence, and contribute to protecting Transport's current and future infrastructure interests.
You'll gain broad exposure to property, planning, transport infrastructure and legislative frameworks while supporting critical projects across NSW.
You will navigate complex land information enquiries and build effective customer and stakeholder outcomes in a fast-paced environment where competing priorities, legislative requirements and strict response timeframes must be balanced to deliver quality service and support informed decision-making.
Our team currently work according to the workplace presence requirements and work between our Macquarie Park and Parramatta locations.

About you
Your customer service, administration, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills formed across property, planning, development, infrastructure, government or related industries will see you excel in managing high volumes of enquiries, coordinating competing priorities and maintaining accurate records that support consistent and timely outcomes.
Your ability to interpret information, collaborate with stakeholders and apply sound judgement will contribute to effective land information management and the protection of Transport's project interests.
You're recognised as a collaborative and customer-focused professional, skilled at coordinating enquiries, managing records and communicating complex information to diverse stakeholders, and experienced in working within legislative, planning, property, development or infrastructure environments.
Your ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and manage competing demands will enable you to deliver high-quality service outcomes while supporting Transport for NSW's strategic infrastructure and development objectives.
