About the Role:
As an Intake Clinician, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting consumers with the right mental health support at the right time. From day one, you’ll be supported with a comprehensive orientation led by the Team Leader, followed by ongoing guidance from the ACT/Intake Team Leader, Clinical Coordinators and Service Manager. Your professional growth will be encouraged through regular clinical supervision, engaging in-service education, and access to a range of virtual and face-to-face professional development opportunities.
You’ll work alongside senior leaders, including the HVLMNC Mental Health Service Manager, and collaborate closely with the broader mental health team to deliver contemporary, high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll also have opportunities to participate in planned in-services and role-specific training to continually strengthen your clinical expertise.
Fleet vehicles are available for clinical use, supporting you to provide accessible care across the community.
