The Guardsman is a fast paced weekday café serving specialty coffee, cheeky toasties, and nothing but good vibes. Our team is tight knit, our regulars are absolute legends, and our espresso machine is basically your new best mate. We’re now on the hunt for a Café Supervisor to join us on a part‑time basis and keep the good times (and great coffee) flowing.
About the opportunity
You will be a caffeinated legend to step up as our Cafe Supervisor. You will dial in like a pro, leading and motivating a small, fun team while keeping operations running smooth as butter. You will take real pride in quality, consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, all while bringing a positive, bubbly personality that lifts the whole environment whilst making sure that every cup is just right.
About you
You’ll need solid barista experience! Bonus points if you’ve stepped into leadership before along with a cool head during rush hour and strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills are essential (we’re all about real connection, not robots), and a can do attitude paired with a genuine love for all things coffee will set you up to shine.
