About the Role
We're looking for a warm, confident and collaborative Preschool Room Leader to join our team at Only About Children Asquith. You'll guide the Preschool room's daily rhythm, support intentional teaching, and help create a nurturing, play-based environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
About Our Asquith Campus
Our purpose-built campus offers bright, age-based indoor learning spaces and spacious outdoor areas designed for exploration, movement and imaginative play. With two Preschool rooms, a dedicated team of passionate educators and allied health specialists, and our play-based Grow Curriculum, children are supported to learn, grow and thrive every day.

What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience leading or supporting a Preschool room
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Passion for creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences
- A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
