Burbank is seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager to lead our Queensland sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, develop and elevate a team of New Home Consultants, while driving strategy, performance, and market presence.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role within the business where you will:
- Take ownership of regional sales performance and budgets
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of high-performing sales consultants
- Drive conversion, consistency and sales discipline
- Identify and secure new land, display and development opportunities
- Partner with marketing to maximise campaign performance
- Strengthen relationships with developers and key industry stakeholders
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed sales targets and KPIs across the region
- Monitor leads, conversion rates, deposits and pipeline activity
- Implement sales strategies and improve team efficiency
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching and training sessions
- Ensure consistency in sales approach and “best practice” execution
- Oversee display network performance and presentation standards
- Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
About You
To be successful, you must come from a residential builder environment and bring:
- Proven experience in new home sales leadership
- Strong understanding of house & land and developer networks
- Demonstrated success leading and coaching sales teams
- High-level commercial acumen and analytical capability
- A proactive, driven and results-focused leadership style
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
