WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Behaviour Support
- Experience delivering high-quality Behaviour Support (Proficient level preferred, entry level and Core will be considered)
- Valid drivers license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check + completion of NDIS module
- Clean, timely documentation and clear, respectful communication
- A commitment to the entire client journey, not just plan writing
- Reliability, consistency, and professionalism
- A collaborative, grounded, and human-centred approach to practice
