Who will you be working for?
You’ll be joining a long-standing and respected insurance brokerage with a strong local presence and a reputation for practical, personalised advice. The business supports a diverse client base across multiple industries (with a strong commercial/SME focus) and maintains strong relationships with leading insurers and the regional communities. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Robina, where you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and contributing to the continued growth of the brokerage

What will you be doing?
- Manage and grow an established book of SME clients across retail, trades and manufacturing industries
- Deliver tailored insurance advice, renewals, endorsements and policy adjustments to a loyal client base
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and insurer partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, obtain quotes and deliver the best outcomes for your clients
- Review client’s insurance policies and recommend the correct coverage solutions to meet business needs
What do you need?
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification and a strong understanding of commercial insurance products
- 3–5 years' experience managing commercial or SME insurance portfolios within a broking environment.
- The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage your own book of business.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, compliant and professional client service.
