We are looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Restaurant/Bakery Manager to join our team.
About the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bakery
- Lead, train and manage staff
- Create staff rosters and manage shift coverage
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and deliveries
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling and daily operations
- Support the team during busy periods
- Help maintain consistent quality across all food and bakery products
About you:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible and hands-on
- Strong customer service skills
- Food safety knowledge is highly regarded
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
