Panorama Heights Preschool is a highly respected, community-based not-for-profit kindergarten proudly celebrating 60 years of service to the Montmorency community. Run by a dedicated parent volunteer Committee of Management and operating from council-leased premises, our service offers two modern learning environments and a large, leafy outdoor play space. We currently support approximately 100 enrolled families and deliver funded 15-hour kindergarten programs for both three-year-old and four-year-old children. At Panorama Heights Preschool, we actively nurture a strong sense of belonging and community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a fixed-term parental leave replacement position commencing in August 2026. The successful applicant will lead one of our two three-year-old kindergarten groups, delivering a funded 15-hour program to a group of 22 children, supported by an experienced co-educator. Our educators are professional, passionate and committed to providing high-quality early childhood education. We value staff expertise, support ongoing professional learning and strive for continuous improvement across all aspects of our service. This role would suit an educator who is collaborative, reflective and committed to delivering a high-quality, child-centred program aligned with our philosophy and values. **Employment conditions** This position is covered by the Victorian Early Childhood Teachers and Educators Agreement (VECTEA). This is a fixed-term parental leave replacement position.
