- Award-winning studio
- Global design practice
- Full-time, Permanent
DKO is an award‑winning, multidisciplinary design practice of around 300 people, working across seven studios in Australia, New Zealand and South‑East Asia.
We collaborate across architecture, interiors, landscape architecture and urban design to deliver large‑scale multi‑residential, mixed‑use, workplace, hospitality and urban projects. Our work is design‑led and visually driven, underpinned by rigorous thinking, clear communication and strong collaboration.
At DKO, we believe the best ideas emerge through openness, listening and teamwork. We value accountability, take pride in our work and design responsibly, creating outcomes that are thoughtful, commercially sound and built to last. Our studios foster an inclusive, supportive environment where people are encouraged to contribute, grow and do meaningful work.
We’re currently delivering a major digital transformation — modernising our Microsoft 365 environment, embedding AI and automation into everyday workflows, and helping our people work smarter, not harder.
We’re looking for a Digital Adoption & Transformation Coordinator to help bring that transformation to life.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role sitting between technology and the business. You’ll support M365 platform administration, coordinate digital programs and workshops, and lead clear, engaging change communications that help teams adopt new tools with confidence.
- Administer and configure SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams (sites, permissions, channels, governance)
- Support rollout and adoption of M365 tools including OneDrive, Loop and Copilot
- Draft and deliver internal change communications via Teams and emai
- Coordinate digital workshops, training sessions and innovation programs
- Track adoption metrics and support reporting on transformation progress
- Assist with automation and AI adoption (Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
- Hands-on experience administering SharePoint and/or Teams (not just using them)
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience coordinating workshops, meetings or training programs
- Organised, self-directed and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Curiosity about technology and a genuine interest in helping others adopt new tools
- Experience with Power Automate, M365 suite, digital adoption or change initiatives, and basic visual design skills.
- Background in design, architecture or creative fields
Your application will include the following questions:
- Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
- How many years’ experience do you have in a training & development role?
Commensurate with experience and ability
