What You Will Be Doing
As part of our Sales Support team, you will help ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently by:
- managing and coordinating project orders from entry through to delivery
- providing outstanding customer service to clients and key stakeholders
- working closely with wholesalers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects progressing
- monitoring and expediting orders, including staged deliveries and project requirements
- coordinating with production teams to confirm stock availability and lead times
- supporting the flow of products through the supply chain from production and import through to dispatch and delivery
- forecasting future orders to help optimise stock levels and inventory planning
- contributing to team meetings and sharing ideas to improve processes and customer outcomes
- providing support across the wider customer service and sales support team as needed

- has experience in the electrical, construction, manufacturing, or related industries (highly regarded, but not essential)
