Our range includes Japanese-style sashimi-grade seafood, Chinese-style marinated meats, and everyday fresh produce catering to a diverse customer base. We pride ourselves on quality, freshness, and friendly customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.
The role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operation of the store, ensuring smooth service delivery and strong team performance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day store operations in line with business standards
- Leading, training, and supervising staffs
- Rostering, staff allocation, and performance management
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met
- Driving sales performance and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Working closely with management to achieve business targets
About you:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail leader who can work in a busy environment and take ownership of store performance.
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail management or supervisory experience
- Experience in fresh food retail, meat, seafood, FMCG, or similar industry preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
We offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in Sunnybank, Brisbane, with opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and expanding business.
