About the Role
As a Room Leader / Early Childhood Educator, you will guide the daily operations of your classroom while supporting your team and delivering high quality learning programs aligned with the EYLF.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the childcare room
- Plan and implement engaging educational programs and learning experiences
- Support and mentor educators within your team
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Ensure compliance with centre policies and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating early learning environment
