As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.
We’re now looking for Casual Certificate III and Diploma Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you’ll work
Lakes Entrance Preschool provides a safe and stimulating space for all learners to thrive as they share their journey with a community that supports their engagement in the world and a team of empowering educators who facilitate this journey. The team are seeking educators who are excited to share the children's learning journey and empower them to become involved in their world.
As a hub of community engagement and involved learning, Swan Reach and District Preschool provides innumerable opportunities for children to learn and thrive in safe environments supported by a caring and dynamic team of educators. We are seeking educators who wish to experience professional growth in a rural setting.
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
