We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate tutors to join our growing team at our Mount Waverley learning hub. This role involves teaching structured English, Writing, and Mathematics programs to small groups of Prep – Year 6 students.
This is an ideal opportunity for education students, high-achieving university students, aspiring teachers, experienced tutors, or individuals passionate about working with children and making a real impact.
Teaching Schedule
Tutors must be available for:
- Saturdays between 9:00am – 3:30pm
AND
- At least 2 weekdays (Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Fridays) between 3:30pm – 7:30pm
Teaching occurs during the 9-week school term only, giving you school holiday breaks to recharge and enjoy your time off.

Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Preparing briefly before classes
- Teaching structured literacy, writing, and/or mathematics lessons
- Supporting and motivating students
- Correcting and reviewing student work
- Providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Maintaining professional communication
- Being a positive role model for young learners
