About the position
The Executive & The Gateway currently have an opportunity in our Guest Relations team. This position is the first point of contact for our guests and provides friendly, personalised customer service throughout our guests stay. Key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations and assisting with guest enquiries

Having a thorough knowledge of all Hotel and Club facilities

Processing of financial transactions

Handling reservation enquiries and bookings

Check in and out of Guests
This part-time position will require availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods including public holidays.
Certifications required: RSA
As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal. All associated checks and costs will be facilitated by The Wests Group.
About you
You are a team player with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work unsupervised if required. You will have a strong work ethic and are reliable. With the flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, you will have previous experience in customer service-oriented position and demonstrate strong computer literacy skills. Previous experience is highly desirable but not essential.
