Parcel Plus is seeking a reliable and motivated Owner Driver based in South West Sydney to join our expanding courier network.
This is a unique opportunity to build and operate your own territory while benefiting from an initial guaranteed income and long-term growth as parcel volumes increase.
The Role
- Collect parcels from businesses throughout your designated territory
- Scan parcels using our mobile scanning application
- Transport and deliver collected freight to our head office depot
- Maintain accurate scanning and handling procedures
- Develop strong customer relationships within your territory

Don't Have a Suitable Vehicle?
If you do not currently own a suitable 4 Tonne Van, Parcel Plus may be able to provide a fully maintained vehice for hire (subject to availability), allowing you to start operating your own run immediately without the large upfront cost of purchasing a vehicle.
Vehicle hire fees apply and include registration and insurance. This option is ideal for drivers looking to establish themselves and build their territory before investing in their own vehicle.

Requirements
- Own reliable 4 Tonne Van
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- ABN and ability to invoice weekly
- Smartphone with data connection
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Courier or transport experience preferred
