We’re on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent full-time basis.
Based in our Balcatta office, North of the CBD - this role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) and the opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic, supportive People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational workforce requirements across Western Australia.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll manage recruitment coordination end-to-end, support hiring initiatives, and partner closely with site and operations leaders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
You may also have the opportunity to attend client sites to support high-volume recruitment campaigns and provide frontline recruitment support.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles and industries (resources, mining, defence and more)
- Support high-volume hiring campaigns and talent pipeline management
- Source, screen and assess candidates via phone and digital channels
- Manage interview scheduling, onboarding and compliance checks
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes
- Provide market insights on hiring trends, competitor activity and salary benchmarks
- Respond to recruitment-related queries and provide excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
We’re looking for someone who is organised, resilient and people-focused, with a passion for recruitment or HR.
This role is ideal for:
- Someone with previous recruitment coordination experience, OR
- A recent HR graduate looking to build their career
You’ll also bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in high-volume/bulk recruitment (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems (desirable)
- Hybrid work model (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
