Currently looking for a Site Boilermaker / Basic Rigging
We are a small Metal Fabrication business on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, primarily producing Structural Steel components. The Site Boilermaker role involves the install of steel and welding onsite. Position includes use of a Site Ute to transport tools and materials.
Current position
5 Days per week plus possible Saturday when needed
9 - 10 hrs per day required for the role due to traveling to sites
Required Skills:
- 3 years Fabrication and Installation experience with Structural Steel
- Good MMAW skills in all positions - site welding
- Experience in reading work shop drawings, Marking Plans, Using RLs for setting out.
- Understanding/experience of concrete anchors and their use
- Good Communication Skills is mandatory
- Must be reliable with stable work history and a positive attitude to work
- Good attention to detail and can work autonomously - low supervision
- Good problem solving skills

- EWP/Yellow card
- Any other High Risk Licenses
