Job Summary
We are one of Melbourne's top Fishmongers and Seafood Eateries, serving simple dishes using top quality premium ingredients.
We are looking for a new team members to join our kitchen team that have a genuine passion for premium local fish and seafood.
Full time with ability to work 7-day week in rotation, weekends and public holidays.
Skills
- Fish filleting skills
- Ability to work alone and be part of a small motivated team.
- Serious about keeping your kitchen and all stations and areas clean and tidy
- Exceptional personal hygiene
- Ensure strict stock and portion control and minimize waste
- True passion about your profession and hospitality in general
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent in a relevant field is required with two years of on the job experience.
OR
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above with a minimum one year on the job experience

Pay: $76,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
