We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Banking Officer to join our National Accounts Receivable team, supporting payment processing, customer enquiries, and accounts receivable operations.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments, managing customer enquiries, and supporting a range of accounts receivable activities.
Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email.

Process and allocate customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Monitor and follow up outstanding receipts, unapplied cash, and payment discrepancies, including refunds.

Maintain accurate records and customer correspondence within the Oracle system.

Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process by identifying issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them.

Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Previous experience in accounts receivable, banking, credit, or finance administration.

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and credit policies.

Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.

High attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
