As Educational Leader, you will:
- Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and support
- Guide curriculum planning and practice in line with the Lifelong Learning Curriculum
- Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes

About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved Bachelor’s degree
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for mentoring educators and supporting high-quality early learning outcomes
