Landscape & Hardscape Worker
We are a growing landscaping and hardscaping business with a team of five, working across the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team.
The role involves a mix of general landscaping, garden maintenance and hardscaping work, including:
Steel edging installation
Mulching
Soil preparation and garden bed preparation
Mowing and whipper snipping
Planting and garden establishment
Pruning and general garden maintenance
Sandstone and basalt rock work
Stone gabion cage installation
Road base preparation
Granite installation and preparation
General landscaping and site clean-up
Working as part of a small team on residential landscaping projects
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Hardworking and willing to learn
Able to work well in a small team
Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
Has a good attitude and is willing to get stuck into different types of work
Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, gardening or construction is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right person who is keen to learn.
A driver’s licence and White Card are required.
About the role
You’ll be working alongside our existing team of five on a variety of landscaping and hardscaping projects. No two days are exactly the same, with opportunities to develop skills across both soft landscaping and structural landscaping work.

Pay: $27.69 – $41.24 per hour
