We are a friendly, patient‑focused medical practice in the Perth CBD seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist who can provide regular weekly support and additional coverage for sick and annual leave when available.
Essential Criteria
- Medical reception experience
- Able to work as part of a team
- Multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft.
Duties( but not limited to)
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Answering phones and making appointments
- Billing and receipting money
- Entering and scanning patient data and documents
