L2 EUC / Desktop Support Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced L2 EUC / Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing IT support team. The successful candidate will provide onsite and remote technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, printers, AV devices, network connectivity, and enterprise applications.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems, hardware, and software issues.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Provide onsite and remote end-user support.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel.
- Perform Active Directory administration tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and group management.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and USB devices.
- Support AV and meeting room technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate IT asset management and hardware replacement activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC Support, or IT Support roles.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams support experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune.
- VPN and TCP/IP troubleshooting skills.
- Printer, scanner, and peripheral device support.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- BitLocker administration and support.
- Experience with remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing VIP or executive user support.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience working within enterprise IT support environments.
