The Opportunity
The Metropolitan Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and motivated All Round Cook to join our team, working across our Wagerup and Pinjarra sites.
Reporting to the Chef Manager and acting as 2IC, you will play a key role in delivering quality food service while maintaining strong food safety and operational standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys working in a structured, weekday-only environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support breakfast and lunch service
- Produce fresh sandwiches, wraps, and rolls daily
- Support front of house if needed
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
- Place supplier orders as required
- Support and guide kitchen team members
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and team-focused kitchen culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Confidence to lead and provide direction in the absence of the Chef Manager
- A Food Handling Supervisor Certificate (or currently working towards)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A reliable, team-oriented approach
- Have a current police clearance or willing to obtain
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays)

Pay: $33.85 – $34.96 per hour
Work Location: In person
