Geek Group is looking for experienced self-employed I.T. contractors to join our team for our brands "SuperGeek®" and "Geeks Onsite®. Geek Group services home and business customers throughout Australia. We provide a range of technology products and services with our core offering being onsite repairs and support.

About the opportunity:
You will be set up in our online system. You set your available hours and we provide you jobs close to your home or desired service area. Customers book jobs via our central 13 GEEK booking line or directly online via our website. These jobs are then allocated based on locations and sent to you via Phone, SMS and Email. After completing the job you will charge the customer's credit card using the online payment system provided. You will receive a high percentage of the hourly charge to the customer per hour and a high percentage of profits from other products and services that are sold.

What you will need:
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN)
- 1 or more years experience in the desktop support field and a proven-track record in troubleshooting, repairing and providing support for computers (PC and/or Apple) along with networks in both home and office environments.
- Relevant IT qualifications/certifications are a bonus but real-world experience is most important
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms in plain English that anyone can understand
- Own reliable well maintained vehicle
- A professional friendly manner and appearance with outstanding customer service skills
- Good time management skills and be highly organised, reliable, and punctual
- Android, iOS or Windows smart phone with 3G/4G internet access
- External USB hard drive and other required troubleshooting/replacement hardware
- Laptop or Tablet
